About Us
Nano
Piedra Blanca is a nano-sized brewery, providing fresh hand-crafted beer for your enjoyment at your location. Licensed in 2019, we appreciate all of your support as we prepare to celebrate 5 years as a successful NM small business!
Because we are so small, we offer different flavor selections on a periodic basis - always new and exciting!
Beer is packaged in growlers, 750ml bottles, and sixtel kegs - which easily pour from your home keg tap system. Let us know ahead of time and we will package your beer in 16 ounce cans.
Or let us know about your special event, and we will help you with a returnable tap system.

Location
All brewing is done on premises in White Rock. We do not have a tap room at this time, but your patronage moves us closer to that local aspiration in the future.

Pig + Fig's famous Hoppy Hog - Brewed especially for our own local fine dining restaurant.
Old-School India Pale Ale that started the Craft Beer Revolution in the 80's. Citrus and pine on the nose and palate, with enough malt to balance the solid better backbone.

Nut Brown
Pig + Fig's famous Pig Tale Ale
Classic Northern English Brown Ale
Malt forward, nutty/biscuity with bitter backbone, and no hop nose.
Reminiscent of the original flavor of a beer called something like a new castle.

A Belgian Dubbel
Spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander, and orange peel.
Aged in a TomCat Gin barrel (from Caledonia Spirits distillery in Vermont).

Hefeweizen
Classic Bavarian wheat beer, with banana and clove nose and palate.
Crisp and refreshing - the perfect summer beverage.

Farmhouse Brown
A brown ale with a bit of spice from the yeast.
Chocolate Stout
Rated #6 in the 2022 New Mexico Brewers Guild Stout Invitational !!
Brewed with cocoa nibs and lactose.
Has a dark chocolate start, slightly sweet in the middle, and a dry roasty finish. Not too chocolatey, not too sweet, not too bitter - just right!
Special Bitter
A traditional English Special Bitter - fruity nose from British yeast. Balanced malt and hops. Refreshing, the original Session Ale.
